For four generations, this beautiful piece of Africa has inspired their dreams, uplifted their hopes, and been their cherished weekend getaway. Their family affectionately refers to it as “The Land,” and now we’re thrilled to introduce you to the enchantment of “Granite Park Lodges.”

"Granite Park" is a charming private lodge in Bulawayo, offering a peaceful rural ambience while being just ten minutes away from the lively city centre. It's beautifully nestled among striking granite rocky outcrops, creating a perfect escape into nature.
The area has been thoughtfully cleared for easy access, while still leaving plenty of natural bushes for birds and animals to thrive. It's absolutely stunning!
Imagine a beautiful waterfall flowing into a natural swimming pool, creating a lovely spot for you to enjoy. You might even spot Dassies relaxing on the granite outcrops nearby, adding to the charm of this picturesque scene.
This charming accommodation in Bulawayo sits on eight beautiful acres and is conveniently located on the way to the stunning Matobo Hills.
These charming, self-contained chalets have been beautifully built and thoughtfully equipped to the highest standards, creating a cosy, inviting atmosphere for your stay.

Directions to reach Granite Park Lodge
Starting from BULAWAYO Town centre: -
Follow MATOPOS ROAD and take a scenic journey! Just 1 km past HILLSIDE SERVICE STATION, turn left onto OLD GWANDA ROAD. After about 300 meters, turn left into BERYL DRIVE. At the next crossroads, take a right onto MATTIE ROAD. Continue for 800 meters, then make a right onto SUNSET ROAD. Turn right again into ELVINGTON ROAD, and then take the next left into LAIDLAW CLOSE. Keep an eye out for the green gate on the left at the bottom of the close—that's your entry to “THE LAND.”
From BULAWAYO Town, along 12th AVENUE (ROUND RACE COURSE)
Start on Esigodini Road (look for Jaggers on the LEFT). Turn RIGHT at the robots and continue into Cecil Avenue. At the next robot, turn LEFT onto Burnside Road. After the 8th turn-off to your RIGHT, turn into Chipping Way, which will take you to Kingfisher Road after about 1.2 km. At the fork at 600 meters, take the RIGHT into Greenshank Way. Then, turn LEFT and immediately RIGHT onto Sunset Road. Continue straight and turn RIGHT into Elvington Road. Next, take a LEFT into Laidlaw Close. A green gate on the LEFT at the bottom of the close leads you to “The Land”.
