A moderate level of fitness is necessary to walk in and out of the gorge. The return journey is similar to climbing a 7-story building; however, there are rest stops and drink breaks along the way, allowing rafters to proceed at their own pace.

Clients must disclose any health conditions and medications prior to rafting.

All valuables should be stored in your hotel safe. Any items that aren't waterproof should be stored there.

Life jackets are provided. If you cannot swim, please inform the trip leader.
