The Zambezi Helicopter Company works alongside M.A.R.S. (Medical Air Rescue Service) and other emergency aviation providers to support medical evacuation operations in remote areas surrounding Victoria Falls.

If a medical emergency affects scheduled flight operations, flights will be rescheduled whenever possible. If rescheduling cannot be arranged, a full refund will be provided.
